Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking Territory Sales Managers in major cities across the United States who are passionate about making healthcare more accessible for individuals. We are looking for someone to work full-time or part-time who is truly motivated to make a difference in today's world, while attaining financial rewards for doing so. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is dedicated, cause-driven, and also willing to distribute our savings cards to pharmacies nationwide in an initiative to help people afford the medications they really need. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Pharmacy Staff Members—serve as an Account Manager

  • Educate Pharmacy Staff regarding implementing cards within their daily usage

  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and State, Federal and Local laws

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships

  • Excellent time-management skills (including the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule)

  • Should be comfortable speaking to people about the benefits of our program (e.g., improving patient outcomes, supporting local charities, etc.)

  • The successful incumbent will need to be motivated, personable, and outgoing

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Must be tech-savvy

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Must have either an Android or iPhone smartphone

Preferred Additional Skills or Experience:

  • One or more years of outside sales experience preferred

  • History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas or performance goals

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries preferred

  • Willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
